Around eighteen (I lost count after awhile) Philly Mom Bloggers bonded at the Buca Di Beppo restaurant tonight, squeezing around a large round table in the Pope room. I don't have the pictures yet but I bet others will soon and then I'll link to them or add them here.

But, I wanted to be one of the first to say: WHAT AN AWESOME TIME! Thank you everyone who made it happen. Some people knew each other ahead of time. Others met for the first time, only to realize connections like towns they live in, etc. Graco reps/bloggers came and underwrote the wonderful meal which I ate too much of during the evening. They also graciously gave away two car seats and other prizes. Classy Mommy Colleen gave out more prizes and Musings of a Housewife Jo-Lynne gave everyone a bag of goodies. I was in charge of getting my husband's logo applied tool apron out to the crowd.

Though many people were meeting for the first time, shyness was not an issue in a proliferate crowd like this one. We had much to say from why we started blogging to what summer plans were in the works.

BUT, I suddenly feel the heavy meal weighing heavily on my eyelids. More to come . . .  Good night!
