The Wonder Heels of Spring: CamiLeon

Allegra_1_2 Check it out! You can have 1 or 3" heels with CamiLeon shoeware! I saw it on the news this AM as one of the latest fashion inventions. You HAVE to go to their website and watch their demo video. I am not selling or being reimbursed for this post and unfortunately, no one has sent me these shoes to review (but feel free to do so!) They cost a MERE $225 and up (depending on style and color) and you too can be the latest in spring fashion and versatility. If you think about it, it actually cuts the cost in half if you are in the dress shoe market. They have created a number of options for any color in the wardrobe.

Two shoes in one! Wow – what will they think of next? Personally, I am enjoying the new spring ballet shoe craze (for $19.95 from Target which fits my budget MUCH better). Maybe if I go get a real job, I can afford CamiLeon shoes but then I have to wear the fancy clothes, look the part, leave the house, etc., etc. No, I will admire these nifty inventions from afar and think of someday when I might want to look professional again. Notice though that the points are back. Look at this other option:

I think I liked square toes better that made a little more room for the foot. Do we have to throw away all the studies on proper foot support just to get a budget break? Bring back the Heelie craze that gives support and gets you down the street faster, though I wouldn't exactly call them fashionable with a suit. I personally don't want the months of recovery when I fall and bust my rump which might happen in 3" heels too. Why can't we have fashionable women's shoes with wheels. Now that's what I am talking about.

Overall, positive points for trying something new and looking stylish, negative for the pointy toes. I thought we were over those. Am I just behind the trends or are some people never going to let go of those point? They probably do make good self defense weapons. Now is versatility for you!
